The Advantage Group is sad to announce the passing of its founder, Bob Wallin. Bob started TAG in 1990 and served as Chairman up until his retirement.
Bob had a long and full life...and many, many friends.
He was one of a kind. He was quite personable. He had vision and that is rare. Moreover, he had the determination to turn his vision of the future of the Mainstreet Independent Agent into reality; and that is even rarer.
The Advantage Group was named one of the top 20 Aggregators in the country. The Insurance Journal recognition is the ultimate realization of Bob's vision. The members of the group consider it a privilege to be part of his vision.
Bob will be missed. More important, though, he will be well remembered. Not a bad testament to a life well lived.
Bob was a long time member of the PIA. Their announcement truly captures the essence of the man.
