The Advantage Group, LLC is beyond excited to announce the newest member of our team, EVO Insurance Services located in Kirkland WA founded in 2019. Darwin Allen, Principal of EVO Insurance Services, LLC began his insurance journey in 2015. He started in a non-traditional way by exiting a successful engineering career to become an insurance broker at Pacific Northwest Insurance. Darwin's engineering background provides him with a unique mindset and approach to insurance. He sees parallels in insurance to his engineering career where he often assessed tolerances. Insurance is all about determining the potential for loss and assessing the client's tolerances for it.
Darwin explained he does not sell insurance, he advises insurance. He is not a salesman, but rather an advisor. He uses his expertise to assist customers in identifying their end goals, developing a plan, and working with them side by side every step of the way to ensure that they have a program that fits their unique needs. When asked what separates EVO from other insurance agencies, Darwin answered "when I say I provide white glove service from beginning to the end, I mean it." With more than 50% of new business coming from client referrals, EVO insurance provides services that customers take upon themselves to share.
