Mill Creek, WA, January—In recognition for 17 years of exemplary leadership, The Advantage Group (TAG) has presented John Carmody with The Advantage Group Leadership Award. This award recognizes John's deep impact on the TAG organization both as a thought leader, a trusted advisor, mentor, and friend.
John DeFranco, the longest serving manager of the group said, "As a member of The Advantage Group for over 16 years now, and a manager for 12 plus years, I can unequivocally say that John Carmody has been a guiding and steadying influence upon the group and on its individual members. Guiding a group of 19 plus owners/members is not always an easy task. John's guidance and patience he has made the group a strong force, and a great partner to the many companies that The Advantage Group with whom we work and represent. As a mentor, and more importantly as a friend, John has given me and the group a great foundation to move into the future from a position of respect and strength, and that is the best compliment you can give to an Executive Director and leader for the past 17 years."
